Things feel out of control. Trump just bombed a school in Iran. Trans people are getting their licenses revoked in Kansas. And those are just two things that happened this weekend. Information keeps piling up and it can feel impossible to catch our breath.
Will yoga save the world? Probably not, but in these turbulent times, practices of grounding and releasing reminds us of the little ways we do have power. This particular lunar eclipse is in Virgo, almost forcing us to release the illusion of control.
